If your business is set to attend a conference, exhibition or trade show, then you need to ensure that you are meeting your potential clients and getting as many of them to sign up to your services. We’re a highly-experienced registration staff agency, providing quality registration hosts and hostesses across the UK. When you require expert event registration staff to represent your business, you can rely on our experienced team.

Registration staff are extremely common at exhibitions, conferences, private parties, award ceremonies and other prolific, special occasions. The role of registration staff can vary, ranging from managing guest lists, handing out name badges or providing information to incoming guests at the venue. Our service contributes to the smooth running of any event, and you can gain the best impression of your event or business with our registration hosts on your side.

Our registration hostesses will always meet guests with a warm and friendly welcome. They are professional, well-spoken and experienced, ensuring they represent your event at the highest standard. We are pleased to offer our clients registration staff who are multilingual upon request.

At large or busy events, our registration staff can collate singular guest lists into one master guest list – this master guest list can then be used to easily view attendees and non-attendees for future information.
