Tidy Promotions Agency was pleased to be selected to provide a team of 20+ hosts and hostesses to assist at an event held at Tobacco Dock event space in London over 4 days. We provided a team to manage the registration desks and help desks, hand out translation devices to international guests, manage the conference halls and breakout rooms, assist with Q&A throughout the conference and provide directional help. Our on-site manager helped oversee the staffing team to ensure all staff knew the duties expected of them in order to deliver an exceptional service and aid in the smooth running of the event.
